Equity Investment Corp was incorporated on St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands in 1979. For the past quarter century it has been actively involved in real-estate development. During that period E.I.C. has developed and sold over 500 home sites for the moderate income market, including homes, sewage and water systems, paved roads, sidewalks, street lighting, ect.

E.I.C., owned and managed by the Schindler family, is presently involved in two major project

The Village Mall is a 35,00 sq.ft. shopping center located at Estate Barren Spot in mid-island. Built in 1988, it is presently 100% leased. 

 

Residential Rentals,

Originally Queens Quarter Hotel, now Villas and Apartments built during the 1960's, is also located mid-island in Estate Ruby on 17 acres. Located just minutes away from the Hovensa  refinery , just 1 1/2 mile north on an gently sloping lush hillside.
